“Is nothing sacred Sempre Music? The answer is definitely no and for that we are all the better for it.” Gerard McChrystal CASS Autumn 2014
We specialise in sheet music for woodwind, trumpet and mixed ensembles. We aim to give instrumentalists and teachers the opportunity to play music arranged and composed as a result of many years experience of teaching in schools and performing professionally.
Come and visit our stand at the CASS Playday at Nottingham University this Sunday 23rd September.
We have a new range of Wind Octets – Boyce Symphony No IV, 4 Movements from the Holberg Suite and the Overture to Il Signore Bruschino –
[2 Ob/2 Cl/2 Hn/2 Bsn] – they can be found in the Mixed Wind Section.
We have some new reviews from the latest CASSGB magazine – take a look in our reviews section.
There are several new titles in our catalogue. There are 3 separate arrangements of Boyce Symphony IV for Flute Choir, Clarinet Choir and Saxophone Choir. The Clarinet and Saxophone arrangements can be played together.
Also in the Flute Quartet section is a new composition ‘A Touch of Spain‘. This is perhaps a little more demanding for the performers, but there are interesting harmonies and hopefully the performers will find the Spanish influence appropriate for this composition.
‘Swing in Time‘ is a new trio. It has been scored for 3 separate arrangements; Saxophone (AAT), Clarinet and Flute.
‘Suite for Three‘ is a new trio consisting of three contrasting movements. It is just over 5 minutes in length. It is currently arranged for separate Flute and Clarinet trios.
Please check our reviews section for more information about some of our popular titles.
